Each year I write down my new goals of what I want to accomplish. I keep a typed up list of each one and exactly when I expect to achieve them. It’s easy to have exercise or weight loss goals, but it’s also easy to fall away from them. One of my favorite quotes from Jim Rohn is “What is simple to do, is also simple not to do.”
This year I have a goals to do 50,000 push-ups which equates to 136.98 push-ups per day. To keep myself accountable I have been sending a daily Tweet (@jasonwoodland1) with my daily number. I figured for the sake of being able to see my numbers in one easy place, I would also update my blog here as well with the date and the number of push-ups completed. Feel free to follow my journey here. I may also take some fun pictures of different places I am doing push-ups to post here as well. Thank you for following my journey!
