50,000 Push-Ups for 2019

Each year I write down my new goals of what I want to accomplish. I keep a typed up list of each one and exactly when I expect to achieve them. It's easy to have exercise or weight loss goals, but it's also easy to fall away from them. One of my favorite quotes from Jim Rohn is "What is simple to do, is also simple not to do." This year I have a goals to do 50,000 push-ups which equates to 136.98 push-ups per day. To keep myself accountable I have been sending a daily Tweet (@jasonwoodland1) with my daily number.
